All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Our apologies for the legal jargon but this is a requirement asked of us by attorneys.

What we collect and store

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Send you information about your account and order
Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
Process payments and prevent fraud
Set up your account for our store
Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
Improve our store offerings
Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access

Our team has access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal and Amazon Pay. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal or Amazon, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy or the Amazon Privacy Policy for more details. In general, your payment source (i.e. credit card number) is not accessible to us, and only retained by the payment processing service (i.e. PayPal or Amazon).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last at least for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Refund/Return Policy:

We will accept items if returned by the original buyer NO LATER than 30 days from date of receipt by buyer (7 days for selected items as noted in item description). We will refund the original amount paid, less a restocking fee of up to 10%, the amount shipping and handling at the time of purchase. Items received from the original buyer in like new condition after 30 days (7 days for selected items as noted in item description) of buyer receipt but no later than 60 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns must include all materials as shipped, with no scratches or obvious marks, and buyer is solely responsible for shipping and handling fees incurred in returning any product. Items received as stated above will be refunded to the original buyer in an amount equal to the original item cost (less shipping and handling). Items missing from shipment will be deducted from the refund (applicable amount determined by us). Items that show signs of use will be charged 25%-100% restocking fee depending on amount of wear shown. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 60 DAYS.

International customes are liable to pay VAT, GST, and other fees applied to incoming parcel. If parcel is returned for refusal of delivery, no one home to sign (multiple attempts are made), ignored, changed your mind about purchase, cannot afford to pay fees, or any other reason, many times we incur additonal charges to have package shipped back. If shipped via USPS no return charges are incuured. If shipped via FEDEX/TNT the cost to return is equal to the cost to send. So if you paid $50 in shipping we pay a total $100 ($50+$50) if item is returned. These added fees would be subtracted from the cost of actual items.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes Paypal for our refund request (5 to 10 business days). For international orders we are not responsible for exchange rate differences between the time you buy to the time money is refunded.

Revisions, amendments or modifications of the terms and conditions of this policy may be made at any time for any reason or no reason in our sole discretion, with any such revision, amendment or modification being effective as of the date posted on this website.

Shipping

International customes are liable to pay VAT, GST, and other fees applied to incoming parcel.

USPS Priority Service is NOT recommended. This shipping method is becoming very unreliable. If a package goes missing the claims process cannot begin until after 30 days. Refund due to non-delivery cannot be made until claims process has completed (45-90 days). If requesting a re-ship we have to bill you again via Paypal for items being shipped. Opting for this method implies you have been made aware of these conditions.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Recipient is responsible to pay VAT, GST, custom fees and other associted costs if accessed by local government. If requesting to send as gift please make note of this in comments section of your order. Some countries charge high import taxes – please check with your local customs what fees might be charged you to receive items being shipped from the US.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Items usually ship within a couple of days receiving an order. If an item is backordered for more than a week, we will notify you via email of the delay.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Our shipping calculator is still new to us, and makes occasionally mistakes. If the shipping costs are more than 10% higher than the checkout had quoted you, we will try to contact you, and bill you for the difference, and pick an alternative shipping method. Please keep in mind that for some countries/regions/cities, no alternative methods exist, and shipping is expensive.

SOUTH AMERICA CUSTOMERS: We have seen excessive delays on occassion, usually due to customs, sometimes in excess of 30 days.

If your credit card or Paypal has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Freedom360 shall issue a credit to your credit card or Paypal account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Freedom360 without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
